New Websites Designed for Businesses in Kent

Do You Need a New Website ?

Website Design means different things to different people, but like any profession if a job is worth doing it is best left to those who are expert in the subject and therefore will do the job well. I am constantly baffled by business professionals who squander time and money messing about with DIY websites or buying cheap websites thinking that they will save a little money.

They do of course spend less, but they get very little in return for their investment. Worse still, cheap and DIY websites have a negative impact on the business.

Websites Designed for the Connected Business

If you are constantly chasing business, your network is not big enough.
We now live in an open and responsive society and those businesses which make an effort to converse with customers and prospects via their website and extended online marketing strategies will for sure enjoy a bigger piece of the available pie as a consequence of growing the size of their online network.

Business in now a game which is played online and if you want to win – you have to be in the game!

So how does this translate to website design? The consumer simply wants answers to questions and increasingly the questions are asked online via Google or other search engines. The consumer wants to land on a website which is open to, and answers their question in a personable manner.

So the first objective is to engineer your website to ensure it is found at the top of Google for the kinds of questions that your target consumer will typically ask. This can only be achieved by a webmaster who fully understands your business and then optimises your website accordingly.

The physical Website Design will be determined by consumer research and the content will be determined by your business goals.

Website Design Goals

Most people will rightly declare that they want their website to make money! That’s cool, but edit the goal to read:

“my website will make lots of money as a consequence of providing an open, responsive and supportive service to my website visitors”

If you can get your head around that, then you are half way to understanding how to be successful online in this decade. The other half is about creating meaningful content and making sure it is seen by your intended audience.

Connecting Business to Clients
